TLP Architects offers a unique service to our general contractor clients. We’d like to take the time to meet with you to discuss your needs so we can create conceptual drawings which may consist of a site layout, floor plan, and an elevation to assist you in pricing the project for the owner.
This service is performed by TLP Architects at little or no cost to you so we can help you secure the project. All we ask in return is that we receive the Architectural/Engineering services contract once the job moves forward.
