Thomas L. Parshall - RA, CSI, NCARB
Tom has 45 years of professional experience in the architectural design of commercial, industrial, utility, medical, residential, and educational facilities. He was a former managing architect for Morrison-Knudsen Company, Lockwood Greene Engineers, SSOE, Inc. and Gilbert/Commonwealth Associates. Tom is a DOE-certified energy auditor and holds a NCARB certificate.
Tom’s philosophy: “With 45 years of experience in a diversified marketplace, I’ve gained expertise in many different aspects of planning, project development, coordination, design, and budgeting. Whether the project is an industrial/manufacturing complex or an office building, a large project or a small project, the main goal is the same—to ensure and deliver 100% client satisfaction.”
Kevin D. Corkern - RA, CSI, LEED-AP, NCARB
Kevin has 29 years of experience in the design/build industry. His professional experience has been split evenly between design and construction management teams, and he has a wide variety of experience with healthcare, hospitality, housing, industrial, retail, office, and educational projects. Kevin has been an architectural project manager, a construction project manager and project executive with HBG Management, and a senior project manager with three construction firms in ENR’s list of the top 50 contractors. Kevin is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED-AP). Kevin is also a Certified Construction Specification Writer and Construction Contract Administrator as certified by the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI).
Kevin’s philosophy: “My experience has exposed me to the processes and concerns on both sides of the design/construction team. This allows me to interact with and assist all members of the team from a unique position. Having designed, documented, and built numerous projects and project types, I can be a valuable player on the project team."
